Yeah, it sounds a bit mystic doesn’t it, when we use the word predictions, but it isn’t at all, it’s simply about analysing the wide range of insight and data available to us in order to understand what products consumers will want to purchase in the future.
So no, I don’t have a crystal ball and nor do I need one. What I do have is a wealth of experience, a genuine interest in product trends and a trusted network of insight partners who are able to access surveys, analysis and data to establish the impact of different trends on ‘how’ and ‘what’ will affect the way consumers will buy in the future.
